Name the contribution
Identify the work, event or support you are recognising. “In appreciation of your volunteer service during the community reading programme” is more specific than “for your outstanding work”. Describe the contribution accurately.
Match the tone to the occasion
For employee recognition, use the person’s name, team and contribution. For a guest speaker, mention the event and topic. For volunteers, recognise the service and the community or programme it supported.
Check the certificate wording and layout
Choose an appreciation template, enter the recipient’s name and add your organisation’s branding. Use one clear title, one short recognition sentence and an authorised signature. Preview before issuing.
Prepare certificates for the whole group
If several people contributed to the same event, create one project and import the recipient names from a CSV. Check each name before issuing and download the finished certificates for your presentation or event.
Create a certificate
Choose a certificate template and create your first project. New accounts include 3 certificate credits. See pricing and M-Pesa credit packs when you need more.
